Shipping/Delivery

The cost of shipping will be calculated based on the weight of your items. This will be calculated and displayed prior to completing check out. 

We are aware that many places offer free shipping over a certain amount

unfortunately due to the nature of our charitable business we are unable to offer free shipping. Thank you for your understanding. 

If product is in stock please allow up to 1-5 working days for orders to be processed and filled (after all we do live in a rainbow of chaos and life with a medically complex child means that sometimes those dreaded emergency runs are unforeseeable). 

Our postal run days are usually on Wednesdays each week, if you need your order urgently please contact us before placing an order.

If any delays are anticipated with your order, we will contact you immediately.

LOCAL Pick up from postcode VIC 3155 is also available. (Should you wish to pick up locally this option is available upon checkout)   

Please note: Due to COVID please be aware that shipping delays are to be expected once items have been lodged at the post office.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping outside Australia via this website. If you are located outside of Australia and wish to place an order please contact us via Email for a shipping quote.   

 

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Please note that Heavenly Trimmings does not offer refunds due to change of mind. So please make your selections carefully. 

All items are carefully checked before packing. Whilst we put the utmost care to ensure that the product is packed nicely and arrives to you safely and in perfect condition, please understand that we have no control over how the postman/postwomen handle items once sent. So please check carefully your items once you receive them and inform us if there are any issues within 48 hours. So that any issues can be resolved. 

Please note that some of our products are handmade so slight variations will occur (think limited edition!), the natural variations are not a product fault.  

Please also be are aware that colours may appear different on different monitors. 

We are taking every precaution to make sure your order is packed safely following following the Covid safe plan. 
Keep in mind our household is germ free as its a huge deal due to Noahs health. Please rest assure we are keeping everything clean.
